We have been working with this family-owned and operated business for close to 10 years. We helped them improve their online catalogue initially, then in 2020 built their customised online ordering system.Their new e-commerce website included their unique product filtering mechanism along with a wholesale and retail price book to streamline order entry and fulfilment.
We helped The Boltholder create a systems-needs list to find a new ERP vendor. We then integrated their website with their new Accredo ERP System and worked with Accredo and Baker-Tilly StaplesRodway. It was a collaborative project that continues today to ensure their orders flow smoothly into Accredo while increasing online sales.
In the first few months The Boltholder saw their online sales increase from zero to around 10% of the revenue, and it continues to grow. New customers found them online and open new accounts, which has helped increase sales further.
