RaD Car Hire has independently owned and operated branches throughout NZ. They service both domestic travellers within New Zealand and Australia as well as international free-independent travellers (FIT).
In 2012, we were tasked with taking their existing 27 websites and migrating them to a single e-commerce website to improve SEO and customer experience. We worked with the franchisees to migrate all their email to Google Apps, and integrate their booking engine to their new website. In 2016 we revamped their website with the goal of increasing customer conversions and further enhancing the customer experience on mobile devices.
We have worked consistently with Rent a Dent over the years to help them grow sales through their website. We've seen their group sales increase 10% year-on-year through their website, which is a fantastic result.
